Acid reflux and proton pump inhibitors: is there a natural remedy I could get for acid reflux?
I don't have insurence to pay for the Proton Pum Inhibitor Protonix I need. I have bad pain in my esophagus at night without it.Yes I know all about how I could get cancer in my esophagus.I just wondered if there was a treatment I could get a the health supplement store for acid reflux.

Im nineteen years old and i get migraines and headaches all the time. i am on birth control but its not from that. i have tried lavender bath bubbles and sprays but i dont find much relief.. infact, i think it causes my head to hurt more I also have been diagnosed with GERD and acid reflux disease and i am looking for alternative medicine. i am currently taking prevacid and pepcid perscription versions. i am sick of taking sooo many pills, please help. only serious responses please....
Are organic pickles and the pickle juice a natural home remedy for Silent Reflux (LPR)/ acid reflux?
I have been reading online about home remedies for both silent reflux LPR & acid reflux that organic dill pickles and pickle juice helps to heal acid reflux and I want to know if it is true or not and if anyone has tried this. I really don't like apple cider vinegar at all and want to try something different. I want to know if so, how often should i use pickles and pickle juice for acid reflux. I really don't want to go on any medications because I am not comfortable with the side effects for all of them.

I ask this simply due to the fact that I don't have the money for prilosec otc or other otc's. My first doctor appointment I just moved to area is at the end of the week. Even if my doctor prescribes me meds, I may not be able to afford the co pay due to a limited income. Any help in this arena will be helpful.

What is the best natural remedy to stop acid reflux and heartburn, without drugs or antacids?
How do I get rid of acid reflux and heartburn without drugs? I'm worried about hiatal hernia, ulcers, bile reflux and other complications of acid reflux... I have severe heartburn and possibly acid reflux disease. I do not want to start the horrible, harmful drugs and antacids, as I've heard that they can actually worsen my acid reflux over time. I'm looking for a natural cure or remedy that will not only stop the heartburn and acid reflux, but also something that will cure it forever???
